POPI act: Defamation of personal information / Breach of client information

I was phoned on behalf of a client of ABSA, one of my employees. The balance of her loan and other private communication was send to my personal cellphone number. The client of ABSA (my employee) went to ABSA to rectify but it still persist after 4 attempts. I told them than I am not the mentioned client and that they must remove my telephone number from their system. The consultants are very arrogant and laughs in your face. I personally will not do business with ABSA. Your personal information is not safe!! I have all the necessary information to prove this statement. Even after the ABSA client's profile was deleted and recreated, I was phone again today!! POPI act?
