PoP SMSs sent to incorrect numbers for salaries, huge breach of security

Not sure who to contact as none of the options on any platform deals with this. We have a business account and I pay salaries weekly from this accoutn using the "Pay a group" function. It has been working perfectly for years, but today when payment were done I started receiving calls from my staff querying the amounts they were paid based on the SMS's received. I went back to the bank page and checked and on the statement all is correct, but it seems that each person received the person who is one below them in the group's SMS.

I want to know how this happened. This is a huge breach of security for us as salaries are confidential and now each staff member has received another staff member's notification.

Please contact me urgently regarding this as I am now not convinced about ABSA's online banking security.
