Poor Workmanship - Insurance Contractor

ABSA contractor - Mario Electrical is USELESS! And the owner Mario De Pontes (so called DIRECTOR my ass!!) is rude and just as shady as his workers, don't want to hear the complaint he is just out to cover his ass. Threw the phone down in my ear as soon as he realised that he cant bull**** his way out of this situation. I was still explaining my side of the problem when he started shouting THAT'S NOT THE WAY IT HAPPENED. - Had a claim from ABSA (I wonder how much kickback the insurance officers get from them to keep on giving them work from ABSA), the shady guy they send out to my elderly parents house didn't even test the electrical cable with a multi-meter. YOU KNOW WHAT HE DID...he cut the power cable to the house, then cut the cord on his ELECTRIC DRILL hooked it up and test the power!!! WTH I am a woman...EVEN I KNOW THAT'S NOT THE PROPER WAY TO DO IT! Now they only want to pay for the motherboard BUT MY PARENTS ARE SITTING WITH A CUT WIRE...THIS IS NOT ON!
