Poor Technical Assistance
Did a sim swap. For the past 6 month s i could not do online transactions on the so called Absa App. They blocked my telephone banking as well. Been to the branch 100 times, even they cannot assist as apperently i am on hold. I wasted my airtime on a call centre that drops your calls. I cannot wait to switch to Standard Bank or FNB. Absa is absolutely ridiculous.
