Poor Servive-Never Say What They Would Do

I was promised a call back within 24 hours since my loan application for R7000.00, last week. It's been more than 3 - 4days and I have not yet received the call from the consultant to process my loan. The service from this bank is very poor and I won't recommend anyone to apply for a loan online as they never get back to you.

Should a consultant call me today, I prefer to be called between 1pm - 2pm, this week on ********** . I really need to the loan
