Poor Services

Receiving daily calls about a Cheque account payments This cheque account was opened but ABSA cannot provide me with a cars to use on this account. This account is thus useless to me. When I enquire about why I have to pay the fee on thia account no one wants to help on this. It is just stated that the fee must be paid I dont understand why I must lay for something that I cannot use or pay for something that is no benefit to me. So I hope by posting this review someone will contact me and sort this out. Otherwise I can close all of my accounts with ABSA Due to poor customer service
