POOR SERVICES

I have always banked with ABSA. I app**** for a student loan. I had to then go to another Institution to get a personal loan which I must say was approved within 2 hours. Only to be informed that the student loan was approved. But I have already paid the university as well as the accomodation from the personal loan. Only to be told this morning that Absa will not refund me to be able to clear the personal loan. How stupid are they as all the proof of payments was sent through to the branch manager as I paid it. Now I will use another bank and Absa will be loosing 4 clients and a will/testament. Please do not trust or work with absa. THERE IS NO LOYALTY TO CLIENTS OR THEIR SERVICES
