Poor services

I would like to know what is the use of having a premium bank account but when you need things sorted out with a priority banker they dont even answer there emails.

I would like to cancel my absa rewards program as its a money making story, i have swiped more than R4000 of fuel at sasol garages and not even gotten a cent reward.

I have emailed Kevani Naidoo a "priority banker" on *** on several occasions to have my absa rewards program cancelled but never gets back to me.

I would like my absa rewards cancelled please the absa rewards account is ***90.

the next step will be closing my account and business accounts with absa and go to FNB cause your services are bad for premium clients.
