Poor service they need to improve

Absa bank at Jubilee mall their service is very poor you, even when they see that the queue is long they work slowly and end up cutting the line, and then when they see it’s time to knock off that when they work faster. Because they want to go home. One needs a lunch box when they visit the branch because wow you will wait forever.
