Poor Service - Still an Unhappy Customer!!
I cannot explain how frustrated and annoyed I am at the service I received and is still receiving from Absa. After writing a review on this platform, I thought that the specialist manager Lebogang together with the restructuring officer Tsholofelo would assist me but I was not happy with the arrangements / 2 options I was offered. Firstly, I was not briefed about the missed instalment for October and was only told that the arrears will be capitalised only If I agreed to move ahead with one of the two options. This would mean that I would still be liable for the full instalment even though what I currently have is 50% because that was what the consultant told me. My instalment for October returned as unpaid due to a previous consultant advising me otherwise about a payment arrangement that was approved but did not take full effect. Either one of the options provided state that my credit worthiness will be affected at the bank and does not take into consideration that my salary has decreased. I mentioned to Tsholofelo, that I cannot afford the option she provided to me with, but I was told that it was the lowest that they could go. I queried further and questioned why I was and will not be considered for the Siyasizana Programme because that was my initial request which I had put through in early October. No response was received from either one of them. Since the 13th of Nov, no arrangement has been concluded - I am currently in arrears due to misleading information from a consultant and now I will fall into further arrears due to no response and poor service yet again from Absa. Absa what is going on???... could someone please assist me as soon as possible as this is a VAF related matter and I cannot afford to lose my vehicle because of poor service. What I want is for my payment together with arrears to be capitalised for October / 50% of my instalment to be collected with the arrears capitalised - I also want a long term arrangement which would allow me to pay R2500 till the end of the term. The term can be extended as it should, because I literally cannot pay anything more than R2500 a month - I am over-indebted and cannot undergo Debt Review due to my profession - An arrangement must be concluded before my next pay date which is the 30/11.
