😠😠😠... Poor service, poor system.

I've never been so livid, so I was asked to send in my proof of insurance for my vehicle , which I did in December and it was validated, to my surprise Absa added an insurance for me for January 2023...i called numerous times, sent from pillar to post at the call center😭😭😭, was at the branch from 9 I just got out now at 11 with my query having not been resolved 😠😡😠😡. Still not resolved. How can I pay for two insurances..... I'm not happy with the services that was provided.
