Poor Service! Poor Admin! Poor loyalty to customers!

ABSA admin is extremely disorganised and mistakes on contracts etc. are made regularly. Correcting mistakes can take for ever! No one apologises ! this is arrogance and disrespectful to the clients like myself as I have been banking with them for 40 years plus !
