Poor Service, non-existent student support!

This morning I went to a branch in order to apply for a student credit card. After being helped by one of the consultants, I was informed that I was declined even though I more than met the minimum requirements as stipulated on the website.

With all my excitement, I opened a student account, which was only met with major disappointment. I then immediately closed the account that I had just opened.

Clearly, ABSA is not serious about supporting students.
