Poor Service - Misleading
Poor Service with Bedford Gardens Branch and Call Centre ***.
Went into the branch on 18/11/2019, to FICA my daughters account. Supp**** all the requested documentation.
Promises not kept.
The account allows you to deposit money into it, but not does allow you to withdraw or transact. Very interesting... If an account is semi dominant then the account should not allow you to put money in.
Very poor service...
On my out of this useless bank....
19 years, it has just become worse and worse....
