Poor service loan process
Hi can someone please assit.
I app**** for a loan on the 29th of November it has now been 5 working days already I have to keep phoning to get an update.
Yesterday as well as this moring I was told that I would recieve a call in the next few minutes from the payout consultant this has now almost been 3 hours ago. I phoned again only to be told it is still with credit once they recieve it back they will let me know but on previous calls I was told payout consultant is phoning me to finalize I was also told that a quote was already generated for my loan so I am not understanding what is happening here

14 Dec 2023, 18:39Yet nothing happend. After all the time more than a week later. Endless calls. After been told that a qoute was already made for the loan and was provisionally approved. I than got the feedback after again phoning myself that my application was declined. So how on earth was I provisionally approved. A qoute generated and than all of a sudden declined.
You are WASTING people's valuable time, money and effort doing what you did here. I would be ashamed as as a bank institution. Won't waste any of my time with this EXCUSE of a USELESS bank again.
