POOR SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

We app**** online for a credit card on the 5th of December, even though our application was approved & we have had to submit our paper work three times, because for some inexplicable reason ABSA continuesly looses this information even though the documents are scanned & submitted from there own branch in Cresta Mall, we are still awaiting for there process to be completed & our card prepared for us. We have also submitted a complaint to there complaints department, but other than the acknowlegement on receipt have remaind silent.
