Poor Service in canceling my credit card

Good day Peter

I have been calling Absa Credit Card division on numerous occasions to cancel my Credit Card. I have paid it up yet they are not canceling my account !! What are they waiting for? Interest to be added?

Please help as you always do i need this card to be canceled due to the poor services that im getting from that department.
