Poor service in at ABSA

Tha ABSA bank branch at Quagga Center in Pretoria west. The service is very poor and the staff is unfriendly. We waited 4 hours to receive our help. The manager is nowhere to be found when to need him or her. All the clients are complaining about the branch. I am very disappointed at ABSA. It's time I consider other banks
