Poor service from Wills Control Centre, Republic Rd, Randburg

<p>I phoned Lucinda Billings before leaving my office saying that I am on my way to deliver a Will for safekeeping, because previously nobody was aware that Absa Wills was even in the building.</p> <p>The message on Absa's system as per the receptionist is that Lucinda is on maternity leave! The receptionist phoned every single number listed on her system for Wills department - getting NO answer from any of the numbers. </p> <p>Staff at the Absa Wills Control Centre is unfriendly and not interested in assisting clients. I have been left waiting for more than 30 minutes on 2 occasions for any staff member from the Wills Control Centre at Tower Building on Republic Road. </p> <p>At least, thank you for a very friendly and helpful receptionist.</p> <p> </p>
