Poor service from Top Carpet/ABSA

Had laminate flooring fitted by Top Carpet and after 15 months later my problem has not been resolved.<br> Had numerous people inspect the flooring and now I get told that they need to screed the floor and if ABSA does not authorize I need to pay.<br> I had laminate flooring previously and never experienced any issues.<br> I WON`T RECOMMEND TOP CARPETS TO ANYONE!!!!<br> <br> M Steyn<br>
