Poor service from the ABSA Iinsurance HOC

had a problem which started last Sunday 3 May 2026. Garage doors are remote controlled and could not open on Sunday. Monday I called ABSA HOC and reported the matter. To date they are not fixed. No feedback from ABSA nor their assesors. My doors are still open exposing my garage to the street.
