Poor Service from ABSA, they dont care about their client - even the elderly people
My mum she is not getting any joy from the Carlswald ABSA branch from the manager Steven Mokonyane. money got stuck at the ATM when she was busy depositing 7 days ago, even today she doesn't have feedback. she is elderly and every time she has to go to the branch to do a follow up of which the manager is not even been helpful. no one wants to take responsibility or even make an effort to help her. She needs that money and no one is doing anything even the manager doesn't have answers, how is he even a manager if he can't resolve clients queries ????

09 Sept 2026, 14:40The manager even walked out of the branch now after my mum is sitting there and refusing to leave until she is assisted. how dare he ( Steven Mokonyane) leave a client at the branch without resolving the query? that's how less ABSA bank employees care about their clients.
