Poor service from absa support

Absa customer service are the pits, i have been paying my vehicle installment plus extra on top for the past few months, now when i asked them to capitalise the advance amount on my account their consultant made an error of which they also failing to explain on their end, now i keep getting calls that am owing and the arrears now has reflected on my report….this is after a full 3 weeks of their consultants passing me around from one to thee other till today my issue is not resolved
