Poor Service from Absa in the Giyani Branch

Very disappointed with the service from Absa in the Giyani Branch. They cant assist us with regards to transferring power of attorney over to my mom since my Dad has been disgnoised with Dementia. If they know and understand what dementia does to a person and how it affects that persons daily functionalities they would definitely understand the type of situation we are facing. We pleaded with them to assist him from the car since he is not able to walk into the branch because he cant put on clothes in a decent way and its not something that we would want the public to see because his situation is bad. Very disappointed with the service from Absa in the Giyani branch. I would not recommend Absa anyone as they lack compassion.
