Poor service from Absa home loan department

Absa home loan department. I received a final offer letter on the 23rd of May stating that upon registration of my home loan, 0.9% would be subtracted from the mortgage lending rate. My home loan was then registered without subtracting the 0.9%, even though my attorneys received this instruction. I phoned Absa's home loan department who asked me to send through the final offer letter, as they had incorrect information on their side. I have sent it through and followed up with no response. My first payment is due to go off in 4 days and I still have no feedback from Absa.
