Poor service from Absa home insurance c

We had made a claim at Absa home insurance for the replacement of wooden flooring for three bedrooms after an accident in the house. The claim was approved for the replacement of wooden flooring in the three bedrooms but the contractor who was appointed by Absa only made a replacement for two bedrooms. When I tried to report the matter at Absa I was taken from pillar to post until now my emails are just being ignored. I'm soo disgusted by poor service from your insurance!!!!!
