Poor service from Absa home insurance

We had made a claim at Absa home insurance for the replacement of the wooden floor in three bedrooms and it was approved by the insurance but the contractor who was appointed by Absa only made a replacement for two bedrooms. When I made follow ups with Absa, they took me from pillar to post and they ended up ignoring my emails. I'm not happy at all with their service!!!!
