Poor service from Absa HOC Claims

<p>Claim logged 30 May 2017 . it's the 5 th of June and Nduduzo Maphumulo from Acsa HOC is not responding to my email nor phone calls. if you call them you way 20 to 30min on the phone and no one is taking my phone calls. if you do get someone they transfer you but then tells you the dapartment is not avaialble </p> <p>claim nr ********** </p>
