Poor service from ABSA Hillcrest Branch

Very disappointed with the service at ABSA bank Hillcrest, a bank which I have been with my entire life. My wife and I have been trying to request our title deeds and despite multiple trips into the branch, and numberous promises to get them to us from Johannesburg, nothing has arrived and nobody at the branch can recall dealing with the request. She was then told that the manager would contact her to resolve this, and yet nobody has called.
