Poor service from ABSA

We, the Body Corporate of Abeliahof, are unable to do any business from our account ***) because it has been frozen for more than 3 months now in order to complete the FICA process. We have submitted all the required paper work and ABSA approved of it. We have contacted Ms Debbie Venter (ABSA Welkom Branch) repeatedly, but has not been very helpful. We consulted Mr Roy Bouwer (Kroonstad Branch) who said that an e-mail had been sent to ABSA's "Compliance department", but we are still waiting. This issue needs to be resolved immediately.
