Poor service from Absa

I made arrangements with Wesbank to pay the amount of R4710.00.On the 15 th of December 2021 i made this payment from my cheque and it shows pn my statement..During December 2021 i received documents from attorneys that i did not honour the agreement.I recently received a statement from Wesbank and i could see that they did not receive the funds,now the attorneys hold me responsible for the costs.
