Poor service from absa activate insurance

I have insurance with absa activate and I must say their service is really poor and they do not care for their clients at all, I will soon be dropping my insurance with them I've had numerous problems with them. I just got of a call with a consultant who I asked for help and she was so rude and abrubt, I've been also having issues with my tracking device that's part of their insurance and they haven't compensated me for all the months that I had a faulty unit in the car neither have they bothered to change it for me.
