Poor service from absa

I got car fiance from absa. When I went to renew my disk I was told the car is no longer in my name or absa's name as I was still paying for the car via absa. I contacted absa and they reposesd the car and reffed me to their legal team. When ever I call they refer me to Monamodi who never assisted me I have been paying a whole year without any car and no response from absa. When I all they say is it's with the ***** department and tell me to call Monamodi who never picks up. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do next
