Poor service from absa

Still got no answers on my case repoterted the 2th October 2022 when there was R2700 withdrawn out of my bank account every time they want the case nr and avidavite how many times must you sent them over and over the same thing i am really thinking of move from absa to another bank because absa getting day by day very bad
