POOR SERVICE FOR THE ELDERLY

I think it is terrible that old age people have to stand in line to do their banking, My Mother aged 76 struggles to walk and stand up for a long time, she had 6 back operations and is in sever pain every day of her life, when asking the customer service assistant I was told that there are no lines for pensioners and old people, there was 17 people in the line... . This is very bad as all the other ABSA branches has such facilities.
