Poor service. False advertising.

On absa's website it states that they exchange zim dollars at an exchanfe rate of 0.04113 to the SA rand. Went to the bank today to be told that they do not exchange the currency at all. The service i received at absa was pathetic. I even called the customer care to ask about this and the service was the same. Its currency afterall. You should be able to exchange it at a bank.
