Poor service

Dear Absa, is there anybody that i can contact to discuss my accounts with?? Anybody interested? I have sent a variety of emails, i have been to the local branch a few times and spoke to consultants and the enquiry desk administrators,, and lo and behold a total of 17 calls to various call centre numbers. And absolute nothing. The call centres says go to the branch, the branch says speak to the call centres..... What should i do? Let Absa go fly a kite?
