Poor service

I am not happy with absa card I app**** for a credit card on the 11 of july 2022 and I was told my application will be finalized in 3-5working days after I send proof of address and ID copy which I send on the 11th of july already but to date my application has still not been finalized I followed up yesterday and I was told it will be escalate only to be send an sms to resend the documents that I send already on the 11th of July I followed up again this morning and I was told that I've been getting called on numbers that Don't even belong to me and when a person calls in we have to answer unnecessary security questions then you told told they have to generate new questions because you failed the questions which is also time and money. Can absa card please finalize my application today.
