Poor Service

I went to Absa Bank @ Forest hill shopping mall to dispute a Debi check and the consultant informed me that it was gonna be reversed to my account within 30 minutes. That was on the 20/12 but until today the money hasn't reflected in my account. I even sent several emails requesting the reversal and still nothing. What poor service especially when you are in an emergency and your bank is not responding with your hard earned money. Absa bank is really bad, I am even going to to close my account and change banks.
