poor service etc

ABSA ATM at the Marc which is a very "up market" retailer has been offline for over a week now, when asked when it will work no one knows, I emailed *** and *** to complain and no one has bothered to even respond let alone fix the issue.

The retail center is an up market center and this is actually bringing the retail center down with promised entities not available or working, poor customer service by not responding and for not getting your ATM's in order, every ATM I see is either offline or broken or doesn't have money (in multiple areas) what sort of bank is this, yet you charge exuberant fees to your clients that cannot even use your services correctly because they not available.
