Poor service

I have taken a life cover policy about 2 yrs ago after shopping around for a better rates this late last year I've found that Absa Is not only expensive but offering lesser benefits than other service providers. I then requested absa Life to cancel the policy with them, but instead I have been sent from a pillar to post and continue to debit my account. I have been put under financial constraints due to absa refusing to can this cover
