Poor service

Absa homeowners insurance the worst. For years!!!!!!! We have been paying with one claim fourteen years ago. Now we put in a claim only for them to find so many excuses not to pay out, the assessor they sent reported a lot of nonsense, untruths. I feel that they have been ready to take our money,our money funded other claims, but now that we need them they have only excuses not to pay!!!!!!! We will reconsider other options henceforth, not a sent more to them.
