Poor service

I’m very dissatisfied with Absa Bank. I have an Absa Road Cover debit which I did NOT authorise and I never have money for it in my account, so it keeps deducting R50s daily. I’m lying for failed debits for something that I did not authorise. I want my money back! I cannot keep having my account on a negative because of this.
