Poor service

Dear ABSA why do you give us such poor service with your insurance. You appoint PSG to do your claims but after 1 month they tell me that they appointed the incorrect assessor and a second investigation must be done and a new assessor appointed because the old assessor was *********** now all my time has been wasted. Will you pay me back for my time as I believe PSG was at fault not me. After 1 month they haven't even got the police report Letitia Nel, Louis Nortje , Marius Zeelie, Jeanine Balt .
