poor service

I want to lodge a complaint, Absa trust is "handling" my fathers estate. There is little to NO communication, the file is handed over from one to another always same story either of sick or not available and the suddenly the file is handed over to someone new as Absa restructure, upon eventually getting hold of Linda Mohawule she is so irritated and doesn't seem to want to help saying she need 30 days to go through the file, on my question of when the new owners take over (this is after LIndo te previous handler said my sister must be out end Jan 2022 but no one moved in or any communication) she reply to me eish oh no I don't know if there was an offer on the house?????????? this is ridiculous as this estate is going on since AUG 2020 and they estate fees are almost 60 000 estate FC De Beer documents got lost and I had to in covid time go to a police station to do avidavids all this due to negligence on their part
