Poor service

Poor service and utter frustration:

I tried to contact ABSA LIFE today (01 Aug 2020), which is a Saturday. Upon calling ***, the system says that Saturday office hours are from 08h30 to 12h00, yet no one cares to pick up.

Is it just poor service, or a "don't- care" attitude from ABSA?
