Poor service Department of Labour Mamelodi

My name is Dikeledi Ntuli. I submitted my UIF claim on the 11th of February at Department of Labour in Mamelodi. I was helped by Gugu who gave me a follow up date of the 24th of March and I did follow up. On the 24th of MArch I went there and I was helped by another person who said Gugu was on leave but they will make a follow up so if someone is on leave people can't get help? That lady said I should come back on the 27th of April. On the 27th of April I was helped by a different person again but was in the same office with Gugu who said my application was not yet approved and I should come back on the 23rd of May, she said my application would be approved by then. I went on the 23rd of MAy and was helped by Jack Motau who said the person who captured my application did not scan all documents as result my application was cancelled and I should come back on the 27th of June what kind on nonsense is this??? What where they doing with my documents for five months?? I received shortly after submitting that there were outstanding documents and I went there and the security guards said I should ignore the smss it's normal. I spoke to the manager by the surname of Molefe who gave me the same answer 5 months later the system says there are oustanding documents. Can something be done at branch because service there is disgusting. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
