poor service delivery

i am ****ed off with ABSA , they make a mistake on their system and they keep on calling you for nonsense they made. i made an arrangement with them regarding payment amount .They did not update their system , now every morning i am receiving nonsense calls from them. it is not the first time and they tell you they will update their system and they never did.
