Poor service delivery at ABSA Grove Shopping Centre

Extremely poor service at The Grove branch! Sitting 35min in qeue with my 90 year old mother in wheelchair. Still 5 people in front of us in line. Absolutely sub standard service! Only ONE clerq to assist at client services! Wow! Way to go Absa. Stay away from this branch. Thank goodness I dont bank with Absa!!!
