Poor service delivery and training

I have logged a call for a blocked drain. I reached out to my insurance Absa IDirect. the request was logged at 1pm on the 29th July 2019. A service provider (Kalumbe Constructions) details was provided to me at 2pm only with no contact details of the service provider. At 4:30pm I have not received any call from the service provider nor the insurance company. I proceeded to do a follow up on the matter and only then was I provided with the cell number of the service provider. I was told to give him a call and discuss the matter with him. I then requested the consultant on the line to conference call me with the service provide which he had failed to. I then proceeded to call the service provider myself and the owner (Thabo Masanobo) advised he will be able to attend to my call at 6pm and he advised the call center agent to reach out to me which did not happen, and the call center agent agreed to the time on my behalf that I did not consent to. I proceeded then to call back the absa direct call center and got to a lady by the name of Lindie who refused to provide me with her surname or AB number. She then advised that she will divert my call to her manger (Thatho) which she also refused to provide his surname to. In the end I called back the service provider and advised him to not proceed with attending to my call out as I had made alternative plans to have the issue resolved. the ref number for my call ***

As a stuff member of absa bank I have experienced terrible assistance on this matter.
